Very nice people work there, I never have to wait long for my good, they do it right away! Great coffee too

Bought a dozen this AM. Half the bagels were old (like 1 day old, old, not hrs old). Have gone here often, this became our go-to place. Will think twice about purchasing from here again. Very disappointed. I should not have to pay full price for old bagels. As a native NYer, I cherish a good bagel!

Some of the best bagel breakfast sandwiches around! Not much room to sit though (and door to the outside is right in the seating area, frequently open) and coffee has been frequently empty when I've been inside. Staff are nice though and the food is delicious.

DONT GO HERE! They can’t take simple instructions and on top of that they r dirty! The lady coughed on her hand and made my sandwich with no gloves ! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY

Every time I give this place another chance they mess up the simplest orders. Can't make a 1 sandwich order correct... pathetic

Whenever we go here the food is always great! I have been going for a while and the staff are always so nice. They always are attentive and have great food. Also, the prices are great too!

Ordered two bagels and they got both bagels completely wrong. They were barely paying attention to me when i ordered and i repeated my order a couple times because they clearly weren’t paying attention. Not coming back to this bagel place there are other options in the area.

Ordered multiple orders from here in hope that they get it right at least once(which was not the case) every time I ordered through door dash I put special instructions. EVERY time my WHOLE order is wrong or multiple items missing.

This place should defiantly 100% NOT offer Doordash. First time I ordered (2 weeks ago) I waited a little over an hour for food but the food came hot and was delicious so I didn’t mind too much. Today I decided to try again hoping they would be a little quicker but nope I waited two hours for cold food.

The older gentlemen wore the same glove the entire time he made my food. He touched money , keep wiping the counter with that hand as he walked and meat which i dont eat. Not once did he change it. Nice guy just not sanitary.

Usually a great place. Today was not. 15 minutes to get a platter. Over easy eggs. Hard as a rock. Buttered whole wheat everything. Toasted everything I need instead. 2 people were stocking drinks and sleeping in back so service was slowwwwww. I'll give them another try .

Food is good and everything but they are too slow 18 minutes to get a coffee and taylor ham and cheese. That’s a long waiting time

Chris, my apologies, you are correct, I was thinking about a different location. Here is my review of your location: wife and I used to frequent this establishment until one day, she observed one of the owners go into the bathroom, fix something in the tank of the toilet and exit without washing his hands. My wife was nauseated by this and even asked him if he was going to wash his hands seeing as how he just did this to which he replied that he didn't get his hands dirty and that it was ok. My wife didn't bother waiting for her order and just walked out of the store. We've not been back there since. I won't recommend the other store in the area because they suck too for their own reasons, but I certainly can't recommend this place with hygiene habits like that. 🤮

We were driving from CT to visit our daughter's family in NJ. We stopped by Boonton Bagels for lunch. What a great spot! The deli was wonderful, clean, great atmosphere. The food was delicious and fresh, reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and hardworking. We were made to feel at home. What a pleasure it was to enjoy a nice lunch and was even nicer to meet the proud owner, Emad. We will be back!

Good bagel sandwich. Place is clean. Bagel was fresh.

We ordered online. Clicked the egg sandwich menu option, added Taylor ham and cheese, and selected garlic bagels. We got the sandwiches and there were no eggs. We called and explained the situation. The woman on the phone kept saying “I don’t know” and refused to refund our order. We then spoke to a man who then tried to convince us that “egg sandwich” means bagel. So I mean if you want a egg sandwich with no eggs this is the place to go I guess.

We always stop here to/from our trips from Maryland to Massachusetts. Their food is top notch and the staff is wonderful! Special kudos to the owners-always a warm greeting and a smile. We love this shop!

No quality control. Brought a pumpernickel bagel home from there today that looked and felt days old - couldn't even bite into it and tossed it straight to the trash. I've had good bagels from here, but I can't go back if you'll serve that. This was not one out of a dozen that were just bagged up, which I might understand, it was prepared there with cream cheese, so clearly the person behind the counter had a chance to see it was awful and served it anyway.

Update:This is the second time in a row I have ordered a garlic bagel that has come completely burnt. Unacceptable that an employee can see this, wrap it up, and give it to a customer.My go-to bagel shop in the area. Service is always fast and the quality has never let me down. Can get a little busy in the morning on the weekends, but they get through the line much faster than other bagel places nearby.
